Cardfight!! Vanguard Event at Plaza Singapura, 12th - 18th March 2012

Went to the event on the first and last day.

On the first day, I did the Stamp Rally Activity.

4 stamps were required to obtain a A4 size file (Aichi or Kai version).

Stamp 1: Answer a question: What card did Kai give to Aichi? Blaster Blade!!! *Gets Kai stamp*
Stamp 2: Attend workshop or attend a free play challenge. Free play challenge. *Gets Aichi stamp*
Stamp 3: Play 1 game against an opponent in Card Capital.
*Gets Aichi stamp again*
Stamp 4: Spend $10 to get the 4th stamp. Spent $12 for 4 BT02 booster packs and got nothing that I want. T_T *Gets Sub Manager stamp*

Redeemed Kai A4 size file. I’m glad that I can keep the stamp card. The stamps are really adorable. X3

I failed to get Aichi A4 size file due to lack of time (for the both days). OTL

On the last day (which was yesterday), I took part in the English Cardfight 3-Man Team Tournament with my team mates. I named my team name as Infinite. XD

I had seen some interesting team names like AL3, Like a boss. ⊙ω⊙

All 16 teams were playing concurrently.

Is this fate or something? My team was playing against the teams that we happened to know each other. Most of us (the 3 teams) are regular tournament players at a card shop. (　＾∇＾)

For the first round, my team won all the 3 matches. Played against a OTT player. It’s kinda tough to deal with a player with hand cards greater than yours. Thankfully, I managed pulled it through somehow.

For the second round, my team won 1 match and lost 2 matches. I must say, they are really very strong opponents. Played against a Granblue player which totally caught me off guard. The game last quite long but I lost the match in the end.

Our team was out of the game.

The 1st prize for tournament is a EB02 Bermuda Triangle Booster Box.

There was a lucky draw for all participating teams. Kagerou playmats for 3 lucky teams.

Our opponent team from the 2nd round was selected from the 2nd draw.

To my surprise, my team was selected from the last draw!

Everyone in the team get a playmat! How lucky! XD

I had a lot of fun for the 2 days. Looking forward to the next Vanguard event. :D
